A Woman in the Race for U.S. Senate?

Linda KetnerMany of you were probably surprised at the outcome of the Democratic Primary Election for the U.S. Senate race. The Democratic Executive Committee voted last week to retain Alvin Greene as their nominee in November. Well, a woman is on the way to becoming a third candidate.

Linda Ketner is being encouraged to run as an Independent in the U.S. Senate race. She just needs to receive 10,000 certified signatures on a petition to add her name to the ticket. Charlestonian Linda Ketner has been a successful businesswoman and community leader in South Carolina for twenty-five years.Read her thoughts on this matter, learn more about the petition, and click here if you would like to sign a petition near you today!
