Hello Daughters!

As you know, November 2, 2010 is Election Day. You may not know that I am running to retain my seat on the Spartanburg Sanitary Sewer District Commission (SSSD), and I need help this year. There are SIX candidates for THREE seats. All seats are up for re-election and all incumbents are running.

Serving as a Commissioner for SSSD has been a fabulous experience and has offered me a great opportunity to support the community that I love. It is an honor to have held this seat in the past. I am so proud to be working with such a first class public utility, which is committed to providing: award winning wastewater treatment service; excellent customer service; and exemplary stewardship of the environment.

Whether you can vote for Sewer Commissioner (you live outside the City but inside the boundaries of the Spartanburg Sanitary Sewer District service area) or not, I am confident that you know people who CAN vote in this election.

May I count on YOU to spread the word about my campaign to your friends, and your business and professional network associates? Your support by telling and/or e-mailing them about my candidacy may well mean the difference to my ability to retain this seat. Please feel free to direct your friends and associates to my website – www.votebarnes2010.info - for more information.

Thank you so much for your support.
