Ladies, one of the things that people did not know about me during my short run for Mayor is that I have served on the City's Human Relations Commission helped plan the annual City wide Unity Celebration and currently serve on the City's Public Saftey Committee. Because of my participation in these two City appointed Committees I have become more knowledgeable about our City govenrment and the value of the people working at the committe level. I hope that you will consider applying for a City Board or Commission the City Council starts looking in the Spring. So start thinking about it now. I think you can express interest at any time with your city coucil person but I woudl put it in writing.
